ABOUT THE POSITION

Department: Marketing
Position Type: Full Time
Location: Remote, Open to candidates global and US based (California Residence Required)
Schedule: Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday as needed. Must be able work Pacific Standard Time zone hours.
Compensation: Candidates in the United States $80,000 - $110,000
Non-US Candidates: $1200 - $1200/month

Got a playbook full of winning strategies? Work ED is on the hunt for a Go-to-Market Manager to steer our campaigns from the drawing board to the real world. If you’re the type who dreams of campaign blueprints and conversion rates, we need you to help us create marketing magic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design full-scale marketing campaigns that grab attention from the top of the funnel to the bottom.
  • Create eye-catching landing pages and printed materials that tell our story.
  • Write email and text sequences that people actually want to read (and act on!).
  • Hit the streets with on-the-ground marketing tactics that bring our message to life.
  • Manage outbound efforts that make us stand out from the crowd.
  • Keep an eagle eye on conversion metrics and tweak campaigns for maximum impact.

Must Haves:

  • Proven track record of successful go-to-market strategies and campaigns.
  • A creative mind paired with an analytical approach to marketing.
  • Strong grasp of inbound and outbound marketing channels.
  • Excellent copywriting skills – because words matter.
  • A passion for data-driven decisions and a love for metrics and analytics.
