Qualifications:
- Ability to work some weekends and holidays
- Customer service preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift and carry dogs and equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Practice superior customer service by greeting parents & dogs and consistently accepting and returning animals to delighted parents
- Excellent phone etiquette - answering phones promptly, professionally, and with a friendly smile
- Maintain an organized front desk with attention to detail while maintaining clear daily notes
- Make sure all pet parents know about Woof's products and services
- Manage and maintain Parent & Pup records, documenting all required information to ensure we are meeting all the parent's requests and the pup's needs
- Takes initiative to ensure the lobby and grooming areas are kept clean and organized
- Conduct opening and closing procedures
- Follow standard cleaning procedures including proper use to chemicals to ensure a safe environment for animals and people
- Pay from $12.30 - $13.00 per hour based on experience
- Pay raises every 90 days!
