We are looking for hardworking and driven Sales Representatives to join our team. This position will be heavily involved in day-to-day operations and is pivotal to the success of the company. In this role, you will use your knowledge of company services and the moving industry to assist our valued customers throughout the sales/booking process. An ability to effectively multi-task, handle a fast paced environment and excellent customer services skills are a must.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently execute company processes and procedures
• Answer all incoming calls from prospective or current customers and make outgoing calls as needed (no cold calling).
• Effectively use a CRM to monitor and convert leads.
• Manage and schedule appointments.
• Monitor online ad/lead platforms
• Reply to all incoming emails from current or prospective customers
• Create estimates from incoming phone calls or website submissions
• Proactively resolve customer concerns, complaints or customer service issues
• Handle damage resolution claims

Job Requirements:

• Providing excellent customer service at every opportunity
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Proficient with technology and software systems
• Strong ability to work both independently and be a team player
• An ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to type at least 50 WPM
• Must have at least 2 years experience in a relevant position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
