Women Care is Hiring a Clinical Manager Near Orlando, FL

Provides clinical oversight for all locations of the practice, provides professional supervisory support to clinical staff of the Division. Functions as an active member of the Division’s clinical staff by providing nursing care for patients following established standards and practices. Refers matters outside their scope of duties to the Director of Practice Operations.

  • Serve as leader for all clinical aspects of the practice, ensuring compliance with quality and corporate initiatives.
  • Assist the Director of Practice Operations in overseeing the day-to-day operations for all clinical areas of the practice.
  • Supervise and provides direction/delegation of duties to clinical staff (Clinical Coordinators, Medical Assistants, LPNs and/or Sonographers).
  • Function as an active member of the clinical staff by:
    • Performing intake interviews for all new OB patients.
    • Triaging telephone calls from OB patients.
    • Coordinating care for OB patients with other medical specialists.
    • Act as liaison between clinical staff and patients.
  • Oversee training and adherence to local, state and federal office certifications as they pertain to clinical care.
  • Train new and existing staff in clinical guidelines, protocols, and processes.
  • Represents the clinic in a professional manner. Treats all customers, internal and external, in a courteous and cooperative manner. Be a positive role model to the staff to ensure patient satisfaction standards are met.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Attend required meetings and participate in team activities and professional development activities.
  • Demonstrate and embody the Women’s Care mission and core values.
  • Compliance with all HIPAA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid FL RN license in the state to which you are working.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
  • Minimum 3 years of OB/GYN experience.
  • 5 years of supervisory experience managing 10 employees with proven leadership, communication, team building and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a stressful deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to use a computer and enter data in electronic medical record system, preferably eCW.
  • Ability to maintain LPN/RN license by successfully completing 24 hours of continuing education hours every two years.
  • Superb customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of medical office protocols, procedures, and processes (universal precautions, risk management, etc.)
  • Must possess the ability to interact and communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of internal personnel, providers, personnel of outside organizations, and patients and their family members. Must possess good organizational skills, handle multiple tasks concurrently, and be able to work effectively with all levels of aforementioned groups.
  • May be exposed to communicable diseases, toxic substances and other conditions common to a clinical environment.
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and punctual.
