Job Description The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes for the media supply chain and identifying opportunities for improvement. The Business Analyst works closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Additionally, the Business Analyst provides support for media process transformation projects and may assist with project management tasks such as planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking project plans. Responsibilities include: Analyzes and documents business processes and identifies opportunities for improvement;· Analyzes industry technologies & provides recommendations; Assists in developing projects and organizing workshops with stakeholders; Assists and/or leads project management tasks such as planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking project plans as needed; Develops and maintains partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers; Organizes and reports project data and contributes methods to improve workflows; Reports project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalates issues, as necessary, according to project work plan; Implements and maintains project management tools (Asana and Instagantt); Additional responsibilities, as assigned. Qualified candidates will have the ability to work with all levels of management as well as exceptional organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional qualifications include: A minimum of four years of project management experience in an IT environment; Proficiency with Asana & Instagantt; Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability; Ability to meet deadlines and budgetary guidelines. Salary ranges are based on benchmarked nonprofit and industry related data provided by an outside consulting firm and are commensurate with skills and experience. The hiring salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. Internal equity considerations will be reviewed before making a final offer.
