WNCSource is Hiring a Teacher Assistant (3-5 years) Near Hendersonville, NC

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position assists in providing high-quality, educational experiences to enhance school readiness that comply with the NC Division of Child Development and Early Education and Head Start Performance Standards and/or NC Pre-K program requirements as applicable.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Minimum: Child Development Associate (CDA) credential OR a state awarded certificate that meets or exceeds the requirements for a CDA credential.
Preferred: Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and/or enrolled in a program that will lead to an associate’s or baccalaureate degree.
Degree(s) must be from an accredited college recognized by the NC Department of Child Development and Early Education.
