Overview:

The IT team seeks a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to manage and assist in applying technology to support and automate business processes. This position will have diverse roles like project management, UI design, quality assurance, and report development. This position works closely with the user community to gather and translate requirements into the design. This hybrid work position will require two to three days in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze third-party applications and create specifications for data mapping to a new system.
• Perform data validation after the transformation of data to a new system.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions with outsourced full-stack developers.
• Detailed documentation of systems and business workflow.
• Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
• Work with the outsourced development team to refine the agile methodology using different tools.
• Perform user acceptance testing.
• Provide feedback and QA results to consultants.
• Perform data analysis and create operational and BI reports.

Education & Experience:

• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting complex change and a track record of on-time delivery.
• Solid experience in implementing project management styles such as agile methodology.
• Intermediate SQL understanding.
• Python, SSRS, and PowerBI development experience plus.
• Azure DevOps experience a plus.
• Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Deadline-focused, detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-motivated with commitment to quality.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills that can interface with stakeholders from different business units.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with a commitment to quality.
