VIZIO is looking for an energetic Business Finance Analyst to join our growing team. The finance team supports management in establishing business objectives and developing action plans to achieve them. This position offers the opportunity to be part of an exciting project to implement a rights management system to help automate the VIZIO’s Platform finance processes. Additionally, this position will collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders. This is an amazing opportunity to join a small close-knit team, with a fast-paced environment as we grow our brands across the organization. 

• Leverage tools and systems to quickly access data and present information to various levels of management and ensuring the data integrity of all reports.
• Coordinate and oversee flow of information from Finance, IT, and other key stakeholders.
• Process and analysis of contract and financial information, including billing schedules and revenue recognition.
• Analyze documents and spreadsheets.
• Track deal status from onset to completion.
• Input contract data into rights management system.
• Assist in preparing, analyzing and summarizing various operational results (actual versus plan and trend) and proactively identifying issues and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Ensure accuracy of weekly/monthly/quarterly financial reporting package and research and investigate variances.
• Assist in preparing comprehensive financial models with an integrated set of financial statements, assumptions, and metrics.
• Provide ad hoc financial and business analytic decision support on numerous revenue and cost-saving initiatives, and/or other assigned projects.
• Maintain and improve department financial reporting tools and processes.

• You have minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics.
• You have fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• You have strong analytical, quantitative, written and interpersonal skills.
• You have the ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• You have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and tools.
• Highly curious with the willingness to learn.
• Motivated and proactive problem solver; team player.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.

For California-based employment: The minimum hourly pay for this position is $32.69/hour. The maximum hourly pay for this position $41.35/hour. The compensation package includes the annual bonus in addition to a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
