Business Analyst
Senior Living experience preferred.
Oakmont Management Group (OMG) is looking for a full-time Business Analyst to be a key member of Oakmont’s growing finance organization to help develop insights about its portfolio and support growth. Oakmont develops and operates luxury assisted living and memory care communities throughout California and Nevada.
Salary range: $90k-$110k base
Essential Job Functions
- Support the company’s Financial Planning & Analysis and Investments functions
- Prepare property-level budgets as part of the annual budgeting process, and as new communities are developed or acquired
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reporting packages to capital partners
- Pro forma and investment returns analysis of property-level capital improvements
- Evaluation of development and acquisition opportunities, including analysis of markets, investment returns and pro forma property performance
- Develop and maintain various financial, market and other models
- Perform various ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as needed
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering or a quantitative field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail and excellence
- Advanced Excel knowledge with modeling experience
- 2-4 years relevant experience
