Job Summary:
This position reports to the Customer Success Operations Manager and is a member of the Customer Success Team within the Center of Excellence Business Unit. In this role, you will provide exemplary customer service to WM Synergys internal and external customers.? Customer Success links the needs of the customers to internal sales and service teams through ticket oversite, quote creation, and business development for C & D level customers.?? This critical role, which positions the Customer Success Associate for career advancement within the organization, is crucial for driving the success of our customers and therefore the success of WM Synergy.

Tactical Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Quickly resolve or route incoming tickets to the appropriate support team or business unit.
Quote creation & conversion.
Support assigned Customer Success Manager with requests related to customer meetings, support scheduling product demonstrations, and order form creation.
Business Development engagement with C & D Accounts and lead routing to the appropriate Customer Success Manager.
Maintaining C & D customer records within CRM.

Education:
Associate or bachelors degree (BS) preferred, but not required.
Experience:
3-4 years in a customer facing work environment.
Knowledge of CRM and Help Desk Ticketing Systems a plus, but not required.
Business Development experience preferred
Requirements
Must be legally eligible to work in the USA on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
Primarily a remote position but the ability to travel up to 10%, within the USA is required.
