Position:
Assembly Line - Lead
# of Openings:
3 positions
Location:
Houston, Texas - Local candidates ONLY!
Shift:
Days (7am-4pm with the potential for OT)
***Must be willing to work OT and on weekends, as needed.
Pay Rate:
Starting at $15/hr.
Future Pay Increase:
After 520 hours – $18/hr. - $18.50/hr. plus quarterly bonuses and full benefits.
Job Duties:
- Assemble and monitor assembly of packaging products.
- Monitor the production process to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure products meet quality standards.
- Oversee additional assembly/production team members.
- Additional duties as needed.
- A minimum of 2 years of production/assembly experience required.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing to work OT and weekends as needed.
