Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with the support and information they need to effectively use our products. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. Your goal will be to provide outstanding customer service and contribute to the overall success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Provide detailed information about our products, services, and nutrition programs.
  • Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations based on their specific needs.
  • Order Processing:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with the sales, production, and logistics teams to track and fulfill orders.
  • Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information and order history.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support to sales representatives in managing customer accounts and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Product Knowledge and Training:
  • Stay informed about our products, industry trends, and best practices in dairy feed and nutrition.

  • Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and best practices to maximize their success.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Prepare and distribute customer service reports as needed.
  • Assist with general office duties and support other departments as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the agriculture, feed, or food manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of dairy farming and nutrition is a plus but not required.
