Contract to Hire - Remote after trianing
$45 per hour.
Candidate Must Be able to :
1. Excel skills Create pivot tables* Work and formulas in Excel that applicant should know Advanced skills in excel* Vlookup formula* Concatenate* If statements Convert data from a number to text Change an excel file to a .CSV file
2. Pull reports out of an HRIS system and other systems* Converting a pulled report into a report which was requested.
3. Government and State reporting like EEO reporting VETS reporting Non-discrimination
4. Data maintenance and integrity of the data within the HRIS system*
5. Create specification files which is data pulled from one system, put into excel and put into a format according to a specification sheet to be uploaded into another system Change dates to text Change formatting to different types of formats using excel
6. Tableau experience Create Dashboards Upload data
7. Data uploads using .csv or excel files
8. Calculate turnover and retention
