General Manager Responsibilities and Duties:

Take an active role in the total management of a Wingstop's store/operation. You will take full responsibility for:

- Store Sales

- Quality of Service

- Customer Satisfaction

- Team Building

- Food Cost Control

-Labor Control

General Manager Qualifications and Skills

Must thrive in fast paced environment

Must learn very quickly

Must be dependable and punctual

Must lead by example

Must communicate and work with the District Manager in directing the store to hit financial and operational benchmarks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
