GENERAL MANAGER

The ideal General Manager (GM) will oversee all Studio functionality in such a way that creates an environment aligned with Salubre LLC’s mission - "to create an environment which provides activities, conversations and space to build healthy bodies, minds and souls" - while striving to reach the Studio’s key performance benchmark goals.

The GM position reports to Salubre’s Regional Manager and COO.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 2 years of management experience preferred

· Sales experience preferred

· Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales.

· Ability to manage and drive 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training.

· Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via e-mail and text.

· Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.

· Ability to recognize areas of improvement and to make changes using good judgment.

· Possess an affinity and a passion for fitness.

· Solid writing and grammar skills.

· Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

· Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Trustworthy, with the ability to handle confidential information.

· Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.

· Proficiency with computers and Studio software.

· Proficiency with Social Media marketing and communication.

· Ability to learn and implement the Club Pilates structures which support success in the General Manager position.

DUTIES

The GM’s primary responsibility is to sell and maintain memberships within a culture that fulfills Salubre, LLC’s mission statement. As the Studio matures, additional items within the “other duties as assigned” may be added, in total or in part, to the primary responsibilities of the GM, so that overall key benchmark goals for the Studio continue to be met.

· Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking

· Implement sales process to schedule prospects into an Intro class

· Membership sales

· Schedule and participate in networking/community events and Studio promotions

· Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the Studio

· Social Media posting and management (Facebook and Instagram)

· Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

· Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, payroll reports, etc.

· Collect outstanding dues

· Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio

· Manage staff schedule

· Supervise Sales Representatives

· Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and Studio literature is stocked and visible

· Work with the Director of Education & Instructor Team, other Studio GMs, RM, COO and Instructors, creating a positive, “team” environment across the studio and in the Spokane/Hayden territory.

· Work with RM and COO to ensure that Studio retail/products and supplies are stocked with accurate inventory counts.

· Any other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,500.00 - $53,000.00 per year
