Position
The Community Manager is responsible for the operational aspects and the continued profitability of a community and serves as the day-to-day point of contact for residents. The Community Manager is involved with capital improvements, administrative activities, marketing, leasing and home sales of new and pre-owned homes, property maintenance, budgeting, staff management and positive resident relations.

Working Conditions
The Community Manager works in an office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The Community Manager also spends time in the manufactured home community, where there may be possible exposure to communicable diseases and infection, potential injury from transferring, repositioning, or lifting residents, exposure to latex, possible exposure to blood-borne pathogens, possible exposure to various chemical, infectious, or biological hazards, and possible exposure to pets.
