Exciting opportunity to be part of a team involved in the repositioning of a multi-family portfolio – the properties will undergo unit renovations and community improvements.

Community Director wanted to manage the daily operational and financial aspect of our properties in Rochester, NY. Duties include rent collection, tenants relations, work orders, invoice handling, property inspections, personnel management, and monthly reporting.

SUMMARY: Responsible for maximizing the long-term rental revenue of the community and for performing all of the administrative tasks related thereto. Supervises day-to-day operations of the property.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 5-year as Community Manager or Assistant.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid NY State Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook
