Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage cash drawer, handle currency and processing of transactions in person with assistance in problem resolution both in person and over the phone. Perform daily tasks. Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that result in sales referrals. Exception resolution and adherence to compliance of all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering program.
