Community Banker - West End
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently perform duties of both Customer Service Representative and Personal Banker based on customer demand within the office. Provide extraordinary customer service. Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that result in sales referrals. Resolve exceptions and ensure compliance with federal bank regulations and laws. Read, understand and follow all relevant policies and procedures. Participation in community events and the school banking program. Adhere to compliance with all federal bank regulations and laws, including those for consumer protection and the Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Program. Other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
1 years retail banking experience. Prior customer service and cash handling experience. Developing the ability to work in a fast-paced, cash handling environment. Maintains a professional demeanor at all times. Developing organizational and time management skills. Developing the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to develop and maintain working knowledge of Bank policies, procedures, and systems. Developing basic understanding of deposit products. Proficiency in opening new accounts and servicing existing accounts. Ability to maintain relationships for consumer deposit account customers. Developing proficiency in business deposit accounts and services.
