Willow Dental Group is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Gladstone, OR

```Duties``` - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Schedule and confirm patient appointments using medical scheduling systems - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner - Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details - Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims - Assist with billing and payment processing - Maintain patient records in compliance with privacy regulations - Coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary - Ensure the reception area is clean and organized ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience working in a medical or dental office setting preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures - Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
