Position Overview

- Operate with Willis Core Values
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the store’s operational performance
- Oversee and hold accountable Fixed, Variable and Marketing Operations
- Maintain strong relationships with Human Resources and Accounting departments
- Execute the principles of the Entrepreneurial Operating System and Traction
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors
- Protect the company through knowledge of, and compliance with, the law and regulations.
- Provide a yearly budget for Fixed and Variable Operations
- Achieve net profit objectives and CSI above national average
- Understands all key operating systems
Additional Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the community by joining a board, volunteering, and participating in Willis sponsored events. Examples include but are not limited to United Way, Variety, Meals on Wheels, Rotary
- Represent the company at events in the community
Qualifications
- Four year college degree or work experience equivalent
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow through
