The General Manager position is a full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere, great pay ($50,000 - $70,000 w/bonus opportunity) as well as future growth potential. We also provide affordable benefits with a 401k, paid holidays and we're closed on Sundays.
General Manager Position Summary
Our General Managers are highly motivated, goal-driven, and people-oriented. In this role, you'll be selling quality products, training, motivating, and processing orders.
A General Manager will be expected to fulfill store goals while continually looking for ways to increase sales and improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Strong Leadership Skills
• Achieving daily/monthly sales goals
• Completing and reviewing all sales orders
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to motivate/ train sales team

• Valid driver's license
• Tire and wheel knowledge
• Flexible work schedule
• Stand for long periods of time
• Lifting and exerting up to 40 lbs
• Bi-lingual is a plus
