Entry-level applicants will begin with a $32,266 base salary and can earn at least an additional $3,080 in bonuses during their first year.

If you have prior insurance experience, we will provide the tools, environment, and opportunity for you to grow your career in the insurance business as a member of our incredible team. Experienced applicants start with a $36,062 base salary and top performers can earn an additional $5,,160 in Bonuses.

Client Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing assistance and solutions to their insurance-related questions.

Policy Management: Process policy changes, updates, and ensure accurate documentation for client records.

Customer Communication: Communicate effectively with clients via phone and email, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is beneficial.
