Williams Career School of Excellence is Hiring an Office Manager Near San Marcos, TX

Qualifications:

Are you a driven individual with administrative experience looking for a rewarding opportunity in a school environment? Join our team as an Office Manager and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities:

  • - Answering inquiry calls and emails in a professional manner
  • - Ensuring timely submission of enrollment documents by students
  • - Creating and fostering new referral partnerships
  • - Implementing and maintaining organized systems with little to no oversight
  • - Providing administrative support as needed

Requirements:

  • - High school diploma or equivalent
  • - Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably as an office manager
  • - Experience in a school setting is a plus
  • - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • - Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks
