Willamette Dental Group is Hiring a HR and HRIS Coordinator Near Hillsboro, OR

Position Summary:

The HR and HRIS Coordinator is responsible for managing the annual performance review, compensation administration and other employee documents administration processes through different HR systems.

Essential Position Functions:

  • Process different HR system data, transactions, and workflows, including but not limited to compensation, performance management, employee documents.
  • Provide and/or verify information to ensure accurate and timely transactions processing.
  • Provide customer service, technical guidance and system coaching to end users, while overseeing system processes, workflow and data administration of employee information, ensuring integrity and quality of HRIS and all other systems connected.
  • Assist in participating in HR surveys as needed through outside vendors.
  • Participate in occasional system implementation, testing and training related to HR systems.
  • Perform regular audits of HRIS data that pertain to different HR systems.
  • Perform HR systems audits, answer questions regarding data, and troubleshoot any findings.
  • Create and provide standard and ad hoc data queries or reports as requested.as requested.
  • Maintain accurate records within different HR system by uploading appropriate documents to correct employee files.
  • Maintain extreme confidentiality and security of employee data.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
  • Take any needed HR and HR system training to understand and explain different HR and HR systems practices.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR and HR systems developments.
  • Create and maintain desk procedures, workflow and process map documentation.

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree or equivalent 0 to 2 years of combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with standard HR policies and proccedures to ensure the HRIS meetsorganizational needs and goals
  • Using system workflows
  • UKG Pro preferred
  • iCIMS preferred

Skill In:

  • Coordinating interdepartmental processesly.
  • Analytics and presenting findings.
  • Effective Excellent communication and experience building effective working relationships with internal partners. via email
  • Strong verbal and written communication that is appropriate and effective for the needs of the audience.
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, organization, problem-solving and planning.

Ability to:

  • Diagnose system workflow issues.
  • Work collaboratively to resolve system and document issues.
  • Be a self-starter.
  • Multitask.
  • Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively on teams and on an individual level.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Work some overtime hours if and when needed and approved.
  • To travel as needed, approximately 5%.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire.

Physical Requirements:

The work is primarily performed while sitting and/or standing, but will require occasional walking, bending, stooping and carrying light items such as papers, books, or other supplies. The incumbent uses a computer and other standard office equipment to complete tasks. This position is in-person.
