Wilhelm Landscapes is looking to fill a position for an Accounting - Bookkeeper. We are hoping to fill this position as soon as possible.

We need a technically proficient candidate who has experience with QuickBooks online, Paychex flex, Microsoft word, and Excel. Accounts payable and recievables.

Compensation is based on experience and includes excellent benefits after 90 days of employment.

We are looking for an Office manager to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: Customer invoicing, account's payable, accounts recievable, generating profit and loss statements. Assisting with daily office operations.
• Office Organizational skills, filing, updated company spreadsheets.
• Mainting payroll records.
• Updating and Monitoring Inventory.

• .Maintain Company reports, Employee records, Vehicle Records.
• Maintaining Positive Attitude and Appearance.
