Wild Yogin LLC is Hiring an Events Manager Near New York, NY

Oases is seeking an Event Manager who will maintain and build clients for our venue.

The position will oversee the host team as well as all restaurant and events booking, events outreach, planning and coordinating events details. Events Manager will work directly with the FOH and BOH team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming event inquiries
  • Coordinate all administrative event details with client - negotiating, executing proposals, contracts, payments, and post event follow - ups
  • Coordinate all logistical event details from planning to execution
  • Creating BEO’s, Manu Cards, Event Details, Itemized bills, deposits and final payments
  • Maintain reservation system and host team
  • Responsible for all sales reporting, deposit logs and commission logs
  • Experienced with budgeting
  • Coordinate with Restaurant Operations Team (BOH FOH) to ensure seamless execution
  • Build and maintain client database and well as establish relationships with future clients
  • Develop long term strategies and systems
  • Interact with guests and resolving issues

* Due to the cyclical nature or the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules depending on the business needs.

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years Fine Dining or Michelin restaurant event sales experience required.

  • Experience generating minimum of $1million in event revenue.
  • Minimum 2-year experience managing a coordinator or team.
  • Large scale production events experience a plus.

Base salary: $62,000-$68,000 (plus commission)
