Wild Rivers is Hiring a Group Sales Coordinator Near Irvine, CA
- Create and maintain solid relationships with new and existing group leaders
- Administer and process group contracts and other paperwork in a timely manner
- Respond to incoming calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely manner to ensure prompt response to all customers.
- Outbound calls to confirm new contact info. and group leaders to follow up on reservations and deposits.
- Assist in setting up cabana/birthday parties, picnics, and related events.
- Facilitate group check ins and ticket distribution.
- Communicate well with guests, fellow employees, and management.
- Perform in a positive, friendly, professional, and alert manner
- Gain knowledge and understanding of park and departmental procedures
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in both appearance and conduct in the office and the park.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director or Manager of Group Sales
- Computer literate.
