Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end mobile device management (MDM) architecture, strategies, and solutions to meet the organization's mobility requirements.
• Assess current mobile device management systems and technologies, and recommend enhancements or replacements to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
• Define and document MDM architecture standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
• Develop and implement MDM deployment plans, including device provisioning, configuration, and ongoing management, to ensure consistent and secure mobile device usage.
• Define and enforce MDM policies, such as device enrollment, application management, data protection, and remote wipe, to ensure compliance with organizational standards and security regulations.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate end-users and administrators on MDM policies, procedures, and self-service capabilities.
• Manages client functionality rollouts and training.
• Assisting with functionality testing.
• Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques, and provides ongoing reports.
• Develops and implements data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintains data systems.
• Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filters and "cleans" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Works with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Locates and defines new process improvement opportunities.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field required.
• Four (4) years of related experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to fifteen (15) pounds at times.
