JPMC Candidate Experience page is Hiring a Project Execution - Product Analyst Near Columbus, OH

As a member of our Project Execution team, you'll draw on your strengths managing people and processes to manage technology projects that typically span multiple lines of business and have firm-wide implications. You'll lead these projects from initiation through implementation, including: establishing project requirements, priorities and deadlines; ensuring that relevant risk and architecture requirements are in place; and managing the project budget and resources. In addition to collaborating with your teammates, you'll communicate with stakeholders across the firm to work toward the best possible outcomes. While this role is rooted in project management, it's a terrific opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make lasting connections throughout JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Job responsibilities

  • Work with the Product owner to align teams with the product vision, sprint goals, and adapting Agile ways of thinking.
  • You will help lead projects using Agile and Lean frameworks that result in quality product delivery and continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in driving results and ongoing success.
  • Facilitates cross team planning and Scaled Agile Events.
  • You will help removing impediments that hinder the team from reaching their goals and has a flexible approach that enables the team to rapidly respond to changes.
  • Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous improvement events.
  • Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; clear impediments for the team.
  • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
  • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
  • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
  • Guides the team in writing requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of major agile frameworks and tools (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum @ Scale, and JIRA tooling and JQLs).
  • Coordinates the delivery of releases with the Team Agility Leads and Product Owners.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence with people at various levels.
  • Ability to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation, conflict resolution, and drive delivery against the roadmap.
  • Ability to coach multiple teams across the product, tech and cross functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
  • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience with Jira Dashboards and Jira Align.
  • Experience with excel & confluence.
