We are a family-owned and operated water bottling and delivery company with 20 years of history serving the valley.
We are looking for a qualityProduction Line Supervisor for our 5 Gallon Bottling line.
Responsibilities
- Maintains a positive attitude and promotes a healthy, cohesive team atmosphere.
- Maintains staff by retaining top talent, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
- Knows and understands the “ins & outs” of each working position; shares that knowledge with others.
- Communicates well with others and relays information to managers verbally and through documentation.
- Accomplishes results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations.
- Completes operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources (bottles/caps); implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems.
- Controls expenses by reducing waste, monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions.
- Provides quality service by enforcing quality assurance standards as needed; also conducts QC related tests as needed.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by remaining up-to-date on all production positions.
- Contributes to team efforts and production goals by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Monitors production performance vigilantly and addresses any issues.
- Fills in on the production line as needed.
- Completes paperwork related to production, employee management and others as assigned.
- Other tasks as assigned by management
Qualified individual will:
- Be able to lift up to 60lbs
- Have reliable transportation
- Fork Lift experience
- Previous bottling experience a plus
5:30am-2pm Monday-Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
