Summary
A non-exempt position reporting directly to the Director of Security or their designees. The Security Sergeant / Investigator, at the direction of the Security Director and or Lieutenants, conducts investigations relating to, but not limited to, reports of theft, workplace violence, assaults, vandalism.
Provides a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and employees, performs other duties as assigned. Duties and responsibilities are performed in an armed capacity in compliance with NYS licensing requirements and WPH guidelines.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities Include the Following :

Identifying areas of concern. Maintains an accounting of incidents for later analysis.
Education & Experience Requirements :
â Minimum 5 10 years of investigative experience at the rank of Detective, Detective Supervisor Investigator.
