White Door Realty is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Lafayette, IN
We are looking for someone who may need a supplemental income and is interested in performing maintenance at various locations in the Lafayette area. This could include installing water heaters, repairing plumbing leaks, delivering and installing appliances, duct cleaning, etc. The job pays $35/hour with a minimum payment of $60 per job.
-Applicant will need to have strong customer service skills with employees and tenants, and have the ability to work independently.
-Flexible hours, working 5-10 hours per week performing regular maintenance.
-Must be a licensed plumber or have multiple years of experience in carpentry.
-Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation, be responsible and prompt.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
