A local property management company is looking for full-time Community Technicians to work under the direction of a Maintenance Supervisor. We are looking for an individual with experience in general maintenance as well as interest and experience in specialties such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and painting. Only motivated/self-starters should apply for these positions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds.
• Repair and maintain simple electrical circuits, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Repair, install and maintain basic plumbing fixtures such as water heaters, lavatories, toilets, and dishwashers.
• Repair and maintain building exteriors, roofs, doors, windows, etc.
• Install drywall, trim, counters, appliances, etc. to vacant units on turn.
• Must be willing to work some evening, weekend, and on-call shifts as well as emergencies.
• Communicate effectively and display a professional manner when dealing with supervisors, co-workers, residents, and individuals inside and outside the organization.
• Work effectively as a team member, participating actively and constructively.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner by following all company safety procedures for the operation of equipment, machinery, and hazardous substances and chemicals.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License.
• HVAC Certification is preferred but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
