Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks

- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of facilities

- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Skills:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including fluency in English

- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Leadership skills to effectively manage projects and prioritize tasks
