The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a vital advocate for company employees, supporting programs and policies pertaining to the employee experience, such as recruiting, onboarding, career development, compensation and benefits, and culture building. The HRBP works with the operational leadership team to continue to develop, implement, and maintain strategic plans and best practices for the human resources function, ensuring the plans and practices are consistent with overall company goals and objectives, and in accordance with governing rules and regulations.

Recently, the company has embarked on an aggressive organic and inorganic growth initiative and has more than doubled in size over the last 3 years.Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the human resources function as a business partner with an entrepreneurial mindset and culture champion throughout company.
  • Support the execution of the human capital development plan for the organization which will includeorganization development through talent & succession planning process, performance management and feedback process and talent acquisition/recruiting efforts.
  • Evaluate reports and metrics in relation to functional goals in support of business strategy and cultural priorities; develop action plans to address shortfalls and gaps.
  • Partner with VP of Human Resources on consolidation efforts of policies, programs, and practices including employee relations, compensation, training and development, recognition programs and performance management.
  • Ensure the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Oversees the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Identify teams’ training and development needs and put in place programs to address those needs.
  • Support compensation and benefits programs ensuring that company staffing needs are achieved which may include market wage analysis, pay policies, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field required
  • Minimum of seven years in an HR role, preferably in a service environment
  • Demonstrated success in recruiting in a rapidly growing environment
  • Demonstrated experience in M&A and integrations while enhancing culture.
  • Experience managing both in-person and remote teams required.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a fast-moving and fluid environment
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
