Job Title : Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone and via email.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to existing and potential customers to generate leads and qualify prospects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and goals on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
