We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. If you have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Restock bar supplies and ensure adequate inventory levels
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately using the cash register or POS system
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Familiarity with food handling procedures to maintain cleanliness and prevent cross-contamination
- Ability to operate a cash register or POS system for processing payments accurately
- Experience in the bar industry or retail math is a plus
