The Opportunity: We’re seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to join our PMFG division. As an Inside Sales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our customer base, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Meet sales targets for your customer base by identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers via phone calls and emails, regarding their orders.
  • Input and manage customer data in the CRM system following the CRM Process Guidelines to ensure accuracy and provide up-to-date information.
  • Oversee all aspects of customer projects, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Uphold the company's core values and deliver the Whirlwind brand promise in all customer interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of successful inside sales experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to focus on high-priority sales activities and tasks.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a solid understanding of CRM best practices.
  • Demonstrated solid work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
