Wheels Up is Hiring a Training Facilitator Near Atlanta, GA

Overview

This person is responsible for developing and delivering training content to our front-line team. This includes scheduled classroom training programs as well as ad-hoc training around smaller scale product or process changes. Also responsible for assisting with and participating in presentations for senior leadership, other departments, and external vendors or partners. This person must ensure all employees are assigned and complete required training. This person is responsible to keep all training materials updated as our products, tools and processes evolve, and must maintain personal currency on department product, tools and processes as well.

Responsibilities

Implements training curriculum in collaboration with Senior Director of Service Optimization (SDSO)

  • Provides orientation and training on new course materials. Selects appropriate training aids.
  • Administers new employee development reviews for 30, 60, and 90-day benchmarking.
  • Administers training surveys after events, discussions, and training sessions.
  • Works with Training Manager to improve and enhance training based on feedback.
  • Collaborates with SDSO to formulate and evaluate training plans

Facilitation of programs in face to face and virtual environment

  • Communicate key learning points clearly and accurately
  • Use practical experience, analogies, and “real world” stories to link between Business Strategy and adult learning theory and application
  • Evaluate real-time learning progress with effective questioning and modify learning activities as necessary
  • Maintain atmosphere of collaboration, openness, and mutual respect
  • Apply techniques for handling challenging situations, such as reflecting/deflecting, refocusing, reframing, specifying, & confronting
  • Provide specific & constructive feedback to individuals to reinforce learning
  • Demonstrate behaviors that foster a climate where learning is valued
    • Use active listening and observation skill

Qualifications

  • 4 years plus experience preferred in Facilitating learning (F2F and Virtual) in a professional environment
  • Experience with Leadership Management/Development Training and facilitation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information
  • Works with professionalism, initiative, energy and enthusiasm
  • Ability to remain agile and flexible in a learning environment
  • Experience working in MS Office Suite and LMS (i.e. Docebo)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management
  • Willingness to travel to deliver F2F training
