Job Summary:
Seeking a friendly Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, upselling, conducting product sampling, expediting orders, and restocking products. Your attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will contribute to our store's success.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:Greet and assist customers with orders and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
Handle complaints promptly and professionally.

Upselling:Recommend additional items, combos, or promotions to maximize sales opportunities.
Effectively communicate benefits of upsell items.

Sampling:Prepare and offer samples to showcase our high-quality pretzel products.
Engage customers and encourage purchases.

Expediting Orders:Process payments and expedite orders efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to minimize wait times.

Re-stock Product:Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
Assist with receiving and storing shipments.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Strong organizational skills.
