WHPP is a play-based, Christian preschool for children 17 months - 5 years old. Our staff is made up of people who are passionate about developing a strong foundation for children to build life and learning skills both now and in the future. We are currently hiring for the 2023-24 school year, beginning in mid August, 2023.

• Relates well to children and adults
• Is at least 18 years of age
• Has a high school diploma or the equivalent

Job Requirements:

Assistant teachers at our preschool:

• Enjoy interacting with young children
• Help maintain a playful classroom environment
• Assist the Lead Teacher with daily activities

Days and Hours:

This is a part-time position.

• We follow a traditional school-year calendar
• Daily hours are 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday

Location:

We are located in Westlake Hills Presbyterian Church. Teachers supervise and interact with children in:

• Their classroom
• On the playground
• Various places in and around the church building.'
