Greater Austin Early Learning Shared Services is Hiring a Preschool/childcare Lead Teacher Near Austin, TX
We are searching for a warm, creative, full-time and part-time preschool/childcare lead teacher and assistant teacher for the infant - 2 year old, and 3-4 year old classrooms to join our professional and caring team at Atelier Preescolar!
Qualification and Requirements:
- Experience in Early Childhood Education and/or licensed child care centers preferred
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development (or related field) and/or CDA certified is preferred for lead positions
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Passionate about early childhood education and a love for working with children
- Ability to encourage creativity, exploration, and decision- making in children
- A natural connection to the outdoors and doesn't mind getting messy with kids
- Available to support in additional activities
- Energetic, positive, responsible, flexible, punctual, respectful, and professional attitude
- Ability to maintain an organized, clean, fun, and interactive classroom
- Interests in Gardening, Nature, Dancing, and Yoga are a plus
- Needs to pass a background check and fingerprints check
- Physically capable to work with children on the floor and playground, as well as to lift children, materials, etc. up to 40 pounds.
