Westgate Resorts is Hiring a Sales representative Near Orlando, FL
Job Description
The primary function is to sell event packages to owners and / or guest in order to provide sales tours for resorts located outside of Florida.
Team member will sell and activate vacation packages for discounted resort stays and events. Activation includes manifesting the invites, selling vacation packages and booking the reservations for the stay as well as scheduling the tour date and time.
Duties
Sell vacation packages to guests / owners in person and by phone as needed
Answer and overcome questions or concerns regarding vacation packages
Provide 5 Star Customer Service to owners’ guests & OPC’s
Contact owner / guests that have purchased packages for discount stays through outbound calling.
Manifest invites using SAM’s system by entering all contact information and package details per invite.
Book reservations and schedule tour date and time.
Send confirmation and follow up emails for upcoming reservations.
Complete daily minimum outbound call requirements for department.
Meet or exceed the quota set for package sales
