Western Research Institute is Hiring an Administrative Associate Near Laramie, WY

Western Research Institute is comprised of a team of creative, highly skilled innovators engaged in research and technology development. We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented, and collaborative professional to become a vital member of our team.

Primary responsibilities include administrative support for the human resources, purchasing/inventory, and marketing/communication functions (serving as the backup for website and social media updates). Another major responsibility is planning and organizing conferences, meetings, and special projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience that includes support for senior-level managers and responsibility for maintaining confidential records. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a positive, professional manner, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of individuals are essential. Thorough knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Power Point) are required.

Preferred qualifications include experience with a broad range of human resources processes and experience with graphic design or marketing software (including updating information on websites and social media). Individuals who are comfortable with a variety of software programs and enjoy facilitating and offering solutions to support our team will thrive in this position. Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
