Responsible for the overall condition and operation of the Pinedale seismic research facility. Responsible for ensuring the site is operational to meet the requirements of AFTAC and all support/visiting personnel that will work at the site on an irregular basis within the confines of the contact PWS. Will ensure that resources are provided in support of all array systems and training as well as Research and Development activities with a primary obligation and focus placed upon the operation and maintenance necessary to secure 98% data availability from the active array systems on station. Monitors ongoing experiments and reports discrepancies to AFTAC and the Program Manager.

• Responsible for ensuring all classified materials are properly stored and all classified areas are inspected and secured daily when applicable.
• Inspects the facility daily for fire and safety hazards. Provides day-to-day compliance with corporate administrative, operational, and financial requirements.
• Approves local purchase of mission essential components and services and ensures all site vehicles are in good condition and all operators comply with local laws and safety requirements.
• Prepares administrative and financial reports, administers the local safety program and CGS/CITI property management programs, and interfaces with program management, other contractors, local support agencies, and at times foreign national personnel.
• Management of onsite administrative and security requirements.
• Management of site petty cash accounts and procurement functions
• Determines maintenance priorities for the site.
• Provides site-specific training for employees and visitors to include safety related briefings.
• Addresses and administers all functions necessary to ensure the successful execution of all systems and instrument maintenance activities as mandated by the Air Force and/or CITI.
• Coordinates site visits for Project management, Air Force teams, and foreign personnel
• Serves as the point of procurement and/or acceptance for contact services, modifications and acquisition research as needed and in coordination with the Chugach Program Manager
• Implements the site quality control plan and safety plan.
• Manages the site security program.
• Responsible for maintaining control and managing the maintenance of all Government and Chugach owned equipment assigned to the site. The facility supervisor must be able to manage the site petty cash account and be able to perform basic purchasing research and interface with vendors to track shipping and payment requirements.
• The facility supervisor must be able to implement the site quality control plan and provide monthly reports to the CITI SSMS Program Manager.
• Other duties as directed by CITI senior management in support of the client, site, and company.

• Four (4) years of experience in inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of communications, electronics equipment, and support facilities.
• An Electronics/Electrical Engineering Technology associate degree in an Accredited Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) program or an equivalent course curriculum is required.
• Must be able to diagnose and make minor repairs to technical instruments/systems, radios, solar power systems, off-road vehicles, and limited building infrastructure/systems not requiring specialized skills beyond average use of hand tools and carpentry shop equipment.
• Experience working with budgets, cash vouchers, and purchasing documentation.
• Must have experience working with government personnel.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
• Must have a current valid driver's license.
• Must have knowledge and experience with the use of off-road transportation assets during "Winter" and "Summer" months to include ATV, UTVs, and be able to function/work in those environments throughout the year.
