Westdale Asset Management is Hiring a Regional Director Near Dallas, TX
We are seeking a proven apartment management professional to join our Property Operations team at our headquarters located at The Epic in Dallas, Texas - https://theepicdallas.com/. The Regional Director is fully accountable for all aspects of operations for an assigned portfolio of apartment communities. The Regional Director is responsible for effectively and efficiently managing all resources including people to accomplish property performance goals including maximizing occupancy levels, operating income and property values.
We require:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Regional Director or equivalent position managing a large portfolio of apartment communities comprising at least 1500 units.
- Proven ability to effectively select, motivate, supervise, coach and lead highly effective and productive property teams.
- Full knowledge of current fair housing and landlord laws.
- Computer skills including proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Yardi Voyager, CRM or other similar property management software experience.
- Dedicated professional with outstanding attendance.
- Ability to constantly meet deadlines under tight time restraints.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid Texas drivers’ license, personal vehicle with state mandated liability insurance, and ability to travel (car, airline, etc) as needed. (This position is not remote.)
- Property management certifications (i.e. CAPS, CAM, ARM, CPM, etc.) are preferred.
