Description

Source Inspection professionals needed! Must have 5 years of experience in Aerospace Receiving and / or Final Inspection & AS9102 FAIs.

Main Duties Source Inspector :

• Proficient in the use of precision measurement tools / equipment including but not limited to caliper, micrometer, height gage, hardness and conductivity.
• Familiar with surface finish, edge preparation and general appearance of machined parts.
• Familiar with outside processing certifications
• Knowledgeable of Engineering drawings / models
• Basic knowledge of CATIA and GD&T
• Possesses the ability to work and interface effectively with Sales and Marketing, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Suppliers, Customers and Government Representatives.
• Reviews documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes, to ensure quality products are delivered to the customer.
• Excellent PC skills utilizing ERP systems (MAPICS) MS Office, Excel, Access, Word, and Visio.
