Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating new business relationships and generating leads.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain business relationships throughout the community

- Understand and assess client needs

- Be the liaison between clients and sales team

- Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email and in person

- Demonstrate strong customer service

- Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally

Requirements:

- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus

-Literate in Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

-Ability to solicit new businesses with confidence

- Ability to analyze customer needs and offer suitable solutions

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
