Experience in personnel management, negotiations, and recruitment
Knowledge of New Jersey Education Statute and Code, NJSMART, labor and school law, and health benefits
Successful experience in leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives required
Minimum of three years administrative experience in a school district preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
New Jersey School Administrator or Certificate of Eligibility
